Music is music. Some of what all the bands you mention is decent enough. Rap itself, in the early days, borrowed a ton of samples from metal and rock. Anthrax and Public Enemy have brought the noise in a very respectable way long before these other guys. The term "Nu-Metal" is horrible, but what they do will surely be much more sophisticated and exciting in the future. I think this "genre" has played itself out for a while, though.

I have got an amazing job oppertunity and had to move about half an hour away from where all my friends are. Why is it that the ships in the Star Wars prequels look more modern than those in the originals?

The first three Star Wars movies were created beginning sometime in 1975 -1976 or earlier and shown around 1977 with some two-year intervals. This means digital and computer animation in those times were cruder than the recent ones which were done in the 2000s. Generally, if the recent Star Wars prequels copied exactly the spaceships of the 70s, they would not look good as other scifi movies would have then shown better looking spaceships. Forget about consistency as this is a smaller matter compared with the new art and the excitement it brings. Just imagine how "Avatar" would have looked like if it was produced in the 1970s.

Why am i so scared of everything?

ok so pretty much my whole life I've been scared of things like new people, the night, being alone, death, etc. from the time that i was a little kid, i never wanted to leave my moms side. i remember crying when i wasn't with her. starting school was one of the scariest things for me. i would always be so sad, quiet, i felt lonely, i was very very shy, and would sometimes cry during nap time. there was a time that i was so scared of death. i was five when my great grandma died and i would often sleep with all the lights on in my room just hoping she'd come back and that i don't lose anyone else. the thought of losing someone would always start my tears. i had lived in los angeles for a long time and when i was like in the third grade we moved to a city in san bernardino and i remember i only had one friend for the longest time because i was just so scared of any other person who'd come up to me. the other time i moved, it was just schools not city, i would spend all my recesses and lunch in the restroom just waiting for the day to end. it's not like people were mean, i was the new girl that everyone wanted to be friends with, (you know how it is when your a kid and theres a new student). i don't know why i'm so shy and insecure and sensitive, i know i shouldn't be but i can't help it. there was a time in the seventh grade that i would cut myself, it just made me feel good even though i knew it shouldn't. i stopped after a while. well now im in high school and for a while i began to get over it and not be as scared, but then my little sister lost her 11-year-old friend to a car accident and it really got me thinking. it's bringing back all my fears again. the only person i had lost was my great grandma, and that was ten years ago. and when i had first heard of my sisters friend, even though i didn't even know the little girl, it took me longer to get over than it did to my sister. so now i'm begging to be scared of everything again. please help me out.

In April of last year, my boyfriend who I had been dating for eight months cheated on me with someone behind my back. He dated her for about a month, and I literally had to drag myself through each day after I found out. I even tried to date someone else, and it didn't work. What to do when your husband disrespects you and disses you, especially in front of friends and relatives?

I'm writing this because I'm really depressed and need help. We've been married since last April and since the beginning of our marriage he has frequently disrespected and embarred me in front of other people, especially his family and friends. And each time I kept my sadness and anger inside of me while he talked bad about me in order to avoid making a scene. I tried to let it go the first few times he disrespected me and was rude to me; and I repeated told him in private it hurts me when he shows me no dignity, especially in front of his family. But he has never really changed his behavior. For example, when I was at his parents’ home and his mom gave us an album of old family pics, he would point to himself on each of his pics and ask each and every time "who's this?" as if I was a small child while his brother was in the same room listening. I felt very uncomfortable. He has belittled me in many other ways. He rarely says anything decent about me in front of his friends and relatives. I also noticed that his behavior gets worse when he is with male relatives and friends. When he does say nice things to me, he usually says them when we're alone together. And oftentimes when we have a fight or issue, he will call and complain to my parents and distort the truth to make him look like an angel and make me look the opposite. I keep telling him if there is an issue we need to communicate and work it out together, and calling my parents and not being fully truthful will not solve anything, but make things worse. He has done this multiple times. Unfortunately my parents tend to side with him and always tell me to look after him and do what he says so he will not be unhappy. They and my relatives pressured me to marry him and I did so because I thought he was a nice good guy. Also I glad to move out from my parents home because they were very controlling (I wanted to do so for a long time but did not have the financial means). But I never thought that my husband would abuse me both in public and in private. He was not really like this before we got married. Looking back, there was a red flag when I asked him why he talked too much about off-topic things with a banquet representative and he immediately got mad and did not want to talk to me the rest of the day. The next day when he came over he seemed not mad at all, so I let it go as an isolated incident. Since we have been married I had to deal with his many mood swings. When he gets mad, like when he doesn't get his way or if the apartment is not perfectly spotless clean, he often threatens divorce or leaving me. He also says things like "I will just take care of myself." On top of that, we not in a great financial position. He doesn't make that much and both him and I have debt to pay off (I have student loans). We argue over money issues and he makes me feel guilty if I want to buy just a single item for myself, accusing me of not "feeling with him." He also accuses me of being cheap and "money-lover" because I have some cash saved (not a whole lot) which I choose to save as a kind of emergency fund. I want to get a good job because I feel like if I keep being just a housewife, he will keep abusing the power in the relationship since he pays the bills. And even if I get a job, I will likely not make enough to be financially independent. I'm very depressed because of the way he treats me. I know I'm not perfect and have raised my voice due to anger, but so has he. But I at least try to show him some respect when we're with other people. Just recently we were out with a couple of neighbor friends and he kept talking badly about me and complained about the things I did that he did not like. I was shocked, hurt, angry, sad, and embarred at the same time as he was talking about personal details about me and what we fight about. He made us look like an unhappy couple who does not really love each other. And he also said how others may think I am a calm, sweet girl but I'm really not like that and that I can throw a tantrum. I felt humiliated by what he said and it ruined the rest of the evening for everyone as I did not want to talk or engage in the conversation any more. And ppl could tell I was upset. I regularly contemplate on whether or not this marriage is going to last. He keeps threatening me that he will divorce and he says things like it doesn't seem like we are not moving forward and puts all the blame on me. He and I have slept in different rooms multiple times. He also believes is his right and I must submit to his wishes every time, even if I am sleepy or not in the mood. Because I try to make the marriage work, I try my best to please him and make him happy, but he is not easy to please at times and extremely moody.

Pledging, is it like this for everyone?

I am rushing a Fraternity, which will go unnamed for obvious reasons. We had Paddle Ceremony last week, and it seemed like they went a little over-the-top on the physical hazing. We had a ridiculous ammount of information to know in adverse conditions, with some questions we could not answer with the information we had avaliable to us. When one of us would screw up, all of us would have to do push-ups, or think about it's (elbow's and toes on the ground keeping the mid-section up). Since many of us screwed up a variety of these questions, we ended up doing well beyond a normal workouts worth of both. Literally to the point of not being able to physically do it anymore in many peoples cases. When I was unable to continue they yelled at me and my team until we did ten more, painfully and slowly albeit. My arms felt absolutely miserable for three straight days to the point that I needed painkillers to make it bearable. I am sure this is quite tame compared to the old days, but this just does not seem like something everyone else nowadays would be experiencing pledging. Don't get me wrong, I like the Fraternity I am pledging, and my pledge cl is nothing short of a collection of excellent young men (I am a Senior compared to the Majority who are Freshman). Still, when I become a member I'm not sure that this is the way I'd like to teach brotherhood. What are you're thoughts?

Im a girl, he's a guy.. I'm 2 years older than him, Im 22, hes 20. It's funny, even though we're just friends people often confuse us as more. I would say to pick up Derek Lee and drop Matt Laporta. Even though you would have three first baseman you could find a way to use them some days. Matt Laporta has not proven himself yet, in maybe a year or two he will be good for you to have on your team but not this early. Derek Lee is starting to get better and he will be more valuable than Matt Laporta. And also Derek Lee has better guys around him that get on so he can get RBI's and Runs - so I would pick up Derek Lee, in my opinion it would make your lineup better. Sounds like you got the necessary hardware. I'd question as to the physical configuration. By the looks of it this computer is either custom built or had some upgrades done. So in other words it wasn't intended to run this extreme. Sounds as though it might be just over heating. Check the inside and make sure it's all cleaned out, especially the cpu cooling section. Leave it exposed and put a high powered fan on it. See if it does the trick. If so, you gotta find a way to cool the system down.

I wholeheartedly agree with possum. I have seem the results of too much mixed-up training. As possum stated, do look into what ever interests you, but maintain your training in your chosen core martial art. I had a student once who had more green belts (6 or 7 styles) than I could believe. He had been training karate for almost 30 years (not much less than me at the time), but his obi was green, as were his other belts. He was a good green belt, but his skills were indicative of his belt! After so long it seems he should have progressed farther. Had he stuck to any one of then until shodan or nidan his other training would have been more meaningful. I'd suggest you endeavour to reach BB level, and continue the study of your chosen art. You can then learn much more from others of other styles as well, without abandoning what you are really all about. Best wishes.

I went through the same thing that you went through...and it sucks. You need to get off with that back foot. Like you said, you have a pretty good pop, so if you bring up that back foot, then you got it. You also need to simultaneously drag the front foot up, so bend your knees, pop, drag the front foot up, and bring the back foot off the tail. If you practice this, then you got it. Its also gonna take time to get it right, and don't get frustrated...that just makes it worse.

Acne Issues?

Hi, I've had these really tiny pimple-like bumps on my cheeks. They're really tiny and they never go away unless I try to pop them (which I know is awful). But it's really hard to pop them, and whenever I succeed in popping them, they turn even bigger. They're not really noticeable, but they never go away. I've tried Clearasil and it didn't work. Right now I'm on Proactiv but they're still there. And I've slept with the refining mask to see if they dry up and they won't. Is anyone experiencing this same problem?

Why my husband is so mean and cold when I need him?

My husband can't fall asleep at a decent time. Last night I went to bed at 12 and he said he was going to watch some more tv and come to bed. I wake up at 4 in the morning and he is still by the tv. Then I see that he had put the ac at 70 when he promised me he would put it on 73. He came to bed but I was really upset because he does this a lot. Then he went to the other side of the bed and said "I did not do anything wrong. I can't sleep and you cannot push me. This is why I like to work away so I can be away from you and arguements. It is 5 on the morning. I'm going out because I cannot sleep then I'll come back." I told him he was talking in anger and it wasn't true. I said if I thought he meant that we would seperate. He then said let's do that. It just hurts because all I wanted was some sympathy and understanding that I wish he slept in bed a little earlier and I wouldn't sleep alone most of the night. Also not lying about the ac when I specifically asked him. If he would of just hugged me it would have been all over. Then he wanted to sleep alone and I told hm to come to bed. He is sleeping but I'm judy sad of how he reacts to me. Shouldn't he be more sincere so stupid things wouldn't get so huge and hurtful?

I would love and highly appreciate accurate feed back from a former Marine, current Marine, or anyone wise or educated in the ways of todays military, especially Marines which I prefer over the other branches. thorough feed back and help would be highly appreciated from me. I want to enter military law enforcement I believe and prefer Marine Corps but slightly considering not going because of professional swimming. Last I tried swimming was probably around 3 years ago and I was a very slow and weak swimmer who took twice as long to cross th under ground pool as everyon else at summer camp. I was wondering if anyone could fill me in who knows the true detailsof the Marines. I am not good at relaxing in deep water. will this b a problem in the Marines? I don't see myself as a very good floater if I can even float at all? The rest of boot camp I am not worried about because I have unshakable effort and determination and I have high adrenaline and high metabolism and do not se any reason why not join the marines except the swimming part is one thing I am uncertain of. What exactly must a marine endure over all involving water just to simply p the water tests with the minimum requirements? I must determine wether or not I can luck my way through that part of training. How many days are spent in the swimming process? what kind of swimming tests are required just to p? does any of it depend on your marine vocation? does something like military police or security force pardon you from certain swimming requirements that infantry must have? I have wanted most Navy seals but that clearly means the ocean its self and certainly means timed long distance swims. though how does USMC minimum requirements compare in the military today? Because why would Lebron go to another team just because they have cap space when the Cavs can offer the most money anyway and look like they are going to be the best team in the east soon. And teams that have cap space to sign Wade or Bosh most likely aren't going to be good enough to make them want to leave their old teams either. Top players usually stay with their old teams and only leave through trades, when you look at players like Kobe, Duncan, and Kidd when they were free agents. Even thought the Spurs were the better team, Kidd stayed with the nets, so why would Lebron go to a worse team. The good players that do go to other teams through free agency are usually second tier players like baron davis or elton brand and so far these two moves have not made their teams significantly better than last year.

Should I take another muay thai cl or jiu jitsu?

Okay, so I've been doing kickboxing for 6 months now. And started jiU jitsu 5 weeks ago. I currently go to my kickboxing cl at 4-5 PM, then go to jitsu at 6 PM. Well, there's a muay thai cl at 6 PM so I could change and go to the another stand up cl at 6 PM instead of jiu jitsu cl. The coach for the cl is Forrest Griffin's head coach so it's a good class. I like jiu jitsu, but I'm getting overwhelmed by all the techniques and stuff. What would you do?

How do I delete Win32k.sys?

win32k.sys is under control panel, then system, you can go to start then search to find it too,and when I try do delete it, it says that the access is denied, and to make sure the disk isn't full or write protected, and/or to make sure that it isn't in use, and I can only get on my laptop once a month because when I start it up it goes directly to a black screen then words in white start to appear on the screen, and when it does work I have to hold F8 down until the reboot page pops up, then I get on and try to delete wink32.sys, then it starts to shut down automatically, It goes to a blue screen and that says that there was a installation and to uninstall something, and that the problem it on win32k.sys!
