Why would God tell people to LIE like in the Koran , that so called Allah God?

The Koran actually says its okay to lie to accomplish your goal. Thats why I think the Koran is a crock! Along with how it says to kill all infidels and with all the violence it tells people to do. God is love.. Allah seems to be about hate.
