How can I remove Antivirus System PRO from my computer?

I have tried everything but I can't figure out how to remove Antivirus System PRO from my computer. I know that this thing is nothing but a scam, but I don't know how to remove it. Every time I think it's gone, it just reappears. Can someone please tell me how to remove it properly? Thanks.
