Need help with my ollies?

I went through the same thing that you went through...and it sucks. You need to get off with that back foot. Like you said, you have a pretty good pop, so if you bring up that back foot, then you got it. You also need to simultaneously drag the front foot up, so bend your knees, pop, drag the front foot up, and bring the back foot off the tail. If you practice this, then you got it. Its also gonna take time to get it right, and don't get frustrated...that just makes it worse.
