How do I delete Win32k.sys?
win32k.sys is under control panel, then system, you can go to start then search to find it too,and when I try do delete it, it says that the access is denied, and to make sure the disk isn't full or write protected, and/or to make sure that it isn't in use, and I can only get on my laptop once a month because when I start it up it goes directly to a black screen then words in white start to appear on the screen, and when it does work I have to hold F8 down until the reboot page pops up, then I get on and try to delete wink32.sys, then it starts to shut down automatically, It goes to a blue screen and that says that there was a installation and to uninstall something, and that the problem it on win32k.sys! HELP!
