Sudden decrease in appetite?

Last 5 days ago, i had a fever and extreme head ache as i wake up. And vommits continously. They day after, i feel better with a lil less head ache. Starting that day, i dont have thesame appetite before. I used to eat alot, now i only eat lessthan a cup of rice which i even forced myself to eat it. Is there anything wrong with me? And also theres no change in my vowels.
