Would you not vote for McCain because of how he treated his family/x-wife?

Values and morals and love start from within, then they are exemplified by those closest to us, and after this can come positive change as a politician as a larger scale. John McCain has a very poor trail of family betrayal. He cheated on his wife when she gained weight from a car accident and than left her for his current trophy wife. How can we trust that he won't lead our country with the same irresponsibility?
