I want to buy a snowboard?

I'm looking to buy a snowboard, preferably one that you could learn on since I'm a beginner. I want to know what to look for when purchasing one. I'm just shy of 5'6", so which length should I be looking for? My shoe size is a 7 so what size bindings should I get? Thank you for your help!
