My stankin neighbor is rompin in my yard!!!?

He lives three doors down and he still comes in my yard!! He thinks he owns the place, he comes ova wit his shovels and what not and just starts diggin. Hes got more tools than Lowes, after he digs he slides his lil romp around my yard. Ive caught him in my house too!! He hides in there and waits for me! He stays in the corners and almost purres at me. This guy is a sick freak, at night he gets his dogs and sets up a lil rink i mi yard and starts plowin whistles and screamin things like" HIKE" an "DIG" an "HOOVER" hes a mess!!!
