If Rachel Alexandra wins the Belmont Stakes will we have a quasi Triple Crown winner?

She didn't run the Derby but won the Oaks instead which is the top race for a filly. You would also have a jockey who won all three legs of the Triple Crown. Perhaps it should be included with a small asterisk?
