Acne Issues?

Hi, I've had these really tiny pimple-like bumps on my cheeks. They're really tiny and they never go away unless I try to pop them (which I know is awful). But it's really hard to pop them, and whenever I succeed in popping them, they turn even bigger. They're not really noticeable, but they never go away. I've tried Clearasil and it didn't work. Right now I'm on Proactiv but they're still there. And I've slept with the refining mask to see if they dry up and they won't. Is anyone experiencing this same problem?
