Question about Ugg Bailey on?

I love the way that the Ugg bailey on boot looks, but I've heard that the top flaps (on the front and back) are very limp and start to fold over after you wear them for awhile, even if you do not ever fold them over. If you have this boot, did this happen to yours??? Thanks. :))
