How much validity is there for the mails I received from various countries that you have won jack-pot lottery?

I am receiving so many mails everyday from various countries,that you have won USD so and so...for Jackpot Lotto.I am really surprised!I have not replied any of them,is there any risk if I reply.Pls any one guide me.
